Simple LG CE110

LG CE110
The LG CE110 is out now at your nearest store,it was first introduced July 2007.it is one of the finest phone in LG family. Its a very light phone with some unique feature.here are some features for this phone.
The LG CE110 comes with a simple VGA camera.
As with all flip phones, we really appreciate it when there's an external screen, and the CE110 is no exception. It's only a 0.9-inch diagonal monochrome display, but at least it displays all the basic information like battery life, signal strength, date and time, and caller ID when available. You can't view photo caller ID, however, since the black-and-white display doesn't support it. Also, you can't use it as a camera viewfinder since there's no external camera key. The camera lens sits above the screen. On the left side of the CE110 is the volume rocker while the headset/charger jack is on the right.
When you flip open the CE110 you'll find a pretty decent 1.5-inch diagonal 65,000-color TFT display. It's certainly not the best screen we've seen, with muted colors and smudgy images, but it's serviceable for such a basic device. You can adjust the brightness, the back lighting time, and the menu style.
There's nothing too exciting about the CE110's keypad. You get the standard navigation array, which consists of two soft keys and a five-way toggle that doubles as shortcuts to text messaging, instant messaging, the contacts list, the My Stuff folder, plus the wireless Web browser. There's a dedicated camera key, and a shortcut key that leads to the graphics folder. As usual, there's the Talk and End/power controls, and a Clear/Back key. On the whole, the keypad seemed pretty well spaced apart, with tactile keys that were easy to dial.
Design:
The LG CE110 is quite an attractive package as far as basic phones go. Measuring 3.52 inches by 1.85 inches by 0.82 inch, the CE110 has a slim and slender figure with curved corners all around. It has a nice feel in the hand, and weighing 2.86 ounces, the CE110 won't weigh you down when placed in a pocket or purse. The clam shell hinge opened and closed pretty smoothly, as well.

LG doesn't manufacture too many cell phones for AT&T, especially not for the low-end market. The LG CE110, however, is an exception. A basic camera phone, the CE110 comes without a lot of features and is probably considered a "starter" handset. The camera is VGA and screen quality is pretty poor, but the CE110 does come with a few advanced features like Bluetooth, a speakerphone, and a wireless Web browser. Best of all, AT&T is currently offering it for free with a two-year contract. For a price like that, the LG CE110 is probably one of the better basic handsets to hit the market.

The Prada phone by LG

http://www.tueplay.com/images/articles/lg_prada_phone.jpg
This new highly stylish phone by LG is one of the newest mobiles that’s merely based on touch-screen interface which infact doesn’t really require a stylus to operate. Though this versatile multimedia mobile device comes in no comparision with the Apple’s Iphone. LG KE850 which is also called as Prada phone just stands as a fashion statement in your community. Let us show you what this elegant mobile has actually got in it.

The Prada phone by LG arrived on the mobile catwalk in early 2007 and heralded a new era for mobile phones. Though fashion labels had previously been emblazoned on mobile phone handsets (the laughably expensive and garish D&G Motorola Razr) this was the first time a phone manufacturer had worked in joint partnership with a fashion icon to design and develop a brand new model, and the results speak for themselves. The LG Prada is a stylish and sexy touchscreen mobile, whose minimalist design complements, rather than compromises the functionality of the phone itself.

LG KS20 All complete with unlocking

LG KS20 Review:

Introduction:

Lately LG has been producing quite good looking and stylish phones and following this trend, they have recently added a new member to their line - LG KS20. It has a design almost the same as of a Prada phone, but with different functionality and purpose, for which the Windows Mobile 6 Professional and the built in WiFi contribute big time. If you are a fan of smartphones and beautiful designer pieces, this device will suit you just fine.Similarly to Prada, LG have not left the box behind and have crafted it so it fits the design. At just 12.8mm, the KS20 is the slimmest Windows Mobile 6 handset with a touchscreen you will be able to find. It's just a hair thinner than the Samsung SGH-i780 which has a depth of 12.9mm. The chassis of the KS20 is modeled after the Prada phone, which was well-received because of how good it looked. With its uncluttered facade and pocketable size, this handheld is definitely one of the prettiest you can find without a keypad. Not only is it thin, the KS20 is also very light. Everyone who handled our review set was amazed at how weightless it seemed. At just 92.5g, this handheld is even lighter than the HTC Touch which tips the scales at 112g. While most users will be happy with that, some may lament that it feels too much like a toy because of the same reason. While we admit that the chassis is a little plasticky, the fine construction on this LG ensures that it doesn't come across as cheap. The black and silver glossy finish does invite fingerprint marks easily, so using it with a case is advisable.Although its front surface is pretty clean with only the call and hang-up keys along with a directional joystick below the display, there are quite a number of shortcut buttons on the right side. One of those is the power button, while the other two activate the browser and camera applications. We would have liked one more button to act as an OK key so minimizing applications can be done much faster. A microSD card slot is also found there which supports cards up to 2GB in capacity. On the left side are the volume control keys and a cover connector port for headsets and the charge/sync cable. This is a proprietary LG connector so you'll need to use the charger and sync cable found in the box and not the standard mini-USB one most users are accustomed to for Windows Mobile handhelds. An upside is that an adapter is also included in the standard retail set, which allows you to plug in a 3.5mm audio connector so you can use your own headphones when listening to music. Most likely in an effort to cut down the size, the battery of the KS20 does not sit behind a cover like most other devices. This means the back of the battery is also part of the chassis of this PDA-phone and can be removed by pressing a button at the base. Mobile phones that employ this design aren't common these days, partly because the battery gets loose over time and may cause unplanned resets. This may be a problem for those who keep their mobile phone for a few years, though not so much for those who upgrade regularly. The stylus of the KS20 has the same color as the sides, i.e. silver. This is an extendable one found on the bottom left corner of the device--a strange place because it's almost impossible to retrieve when holding the handset in the left hand. So, on this rare occasion, left-handers are advantaged.

Though overshadowed in volume by regular mobile phones, PDA-phones and handhelds have always had the latest and greatest when it comes to technical features. Unfortunately, most of them lack a crucial element--style. That's a factor which is becoming a major consideration even among techies who used to just focus on the features. That's why brands like LG are a welcome addition to upcoming handhelds. The company has a reputation for making some good-looking mobile phones, and that's something it will bring to the PDA-phone world with the KS20.

Upcoming LG KT610 Cellphone

http://www.itechnews.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/lg-kt610-s60-smartphone.jpg
LG KT610 Cellphone Offers GPS, HSDPA, QWERTY Keypadhttp://farm3.static.flickr.com/2331/2272410966_b895888b55_o.jpg

Sony Ericsson has the tongues wagging over at the Mobile World Congress, LG has quietly loosed its LG-KT610 without any photos. We know it's a 2.4-inch QVGA flip with QWERTY based on Symbian v9.2 and S60 3rd edition feature pack 1. That's a damn good start before adding 3.6Mbps HSDPA and GPS navigation.

LG are beating the cellphone-gasm that will be the Mobile World Congress 2008 by releasing their KT610 model ahead of the game. There are no images of the handset yet, but features that have been confirmed include a candybar design, GPS, HSDPA (3.6Mbps) and a 2.4-inch VGA flip screen, concealing a QWERTY keypad.

The LG-KT610 is a GPS-enabled, candy bar mobile phone with a "unique" 2.4-inch VGA flip screen holding a PC-like QWERTY keypad.Based on Symbian OS v9.2 and S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1, the KT610's users can "take full advantage of a rich suite of multimedia features and applications" according to the limited info available from the Korean company.

The KT610 offers HSDPA connectivity at 3.6Mbps and GPS navigation capabilities, there's also push email functionality as well as "working" and "socialising" features.

Interestingly, the KT610 runs on Symbian OS v9.2 and S60 3rd Edition Feature pack 1 -- the same operating system as many Nokia smart phones. The advantage of running Symbian on the KT610, as you'll already know if you've got a Nokia phone running it, is you can install gallons of cool third-party apps.

Combine all of that with HSDPA (3.5G) that lets you download data at up to 3.6Mbps (theoretically, at least) and you've got yourself a very slick device indeed. But having played with it for a little bit at the LG stand at the Mobile World Congress, we're not completely won over.

Features :
  • Network-GSM Europe/Asia bound phone, supporting both frequencies and one for roaming in America (900/1800/1900 MHz) ,UMTS European/Asian 3G (2100 MHz)
  • Size-4.3 x 2.1 x 0.7 inches (109 x 54 x 17 mm)
  • Battery-Li - Ion, 950 mAh
  • Camera- 2.0 megapixels Resolution
  • Multimedia-Video player
  • Memory-microSD (Built-in-64MB)
  • Other Features-Capacity depends on system memory, Multiple Numbers Per Contact, Picture ID, Ring ID, Alarm, Calendar, Calculator, TO-DO, Notes, Recording, Speaker Phone etc.
Problem :
It doesn't have WiFi, and the KT610 lacks GPS, the superb 800 pixel wide display on the E90 and also comes with a very basic 2 megapixel camera. On the other hand, this 109 x 54 x 17mm device is less than half the weight of the brick-like E90 and is little bigger than a standard business phone.

There's something about the dual keypad and small screen that reminds us a little too much of the Samsung F300 and we weren't massive fans of that phone. If you're going to have two screens, don't make one of them really small. Click onwards for more pics of the KT610.
