Problem:1.Dazman: My phones touchscreen will not respond at all, even when i try to turn it off i have to remove the battery and then it still doesnt respond any advise would be gratefully accepted
2.Iainlates: Whenever I try to sync my F700 with outlook I get a message on pc studio saying 'authenticating' then the mobile comes up with the message 'PIM SYNC NETWORK ERROR'. This has only just started happening I I can't remember changing any settings.
3. I have the new samsung f700 So I upgraded my t-mobile service to include internet (that was on Mon 2/26) Called t-mobile tech support on Fri and all they could do was get me on the internet using there t-zones system Its slow as hell!! Does anybody know how to fix this

2.Ans: I think the problem is caused by ML Sync getting upset at 'odd' or corrupt data from Outlook, which I found when syncing Outlook with a remote ML Sync server for another purpose. More software implmentation if you ask me..
Also, one last bit of advice to amsumg, look at the excellent Phone Sync software Nokia suppl and DO BETTER THAN IT! The current Samsumg offering sucks. It is poorly designed, requires far too much user intervention and is badly integrated. The Nokia package just works. Walk into the office, your phone connects via Bluetootth, sysncs, downloads and deletes photos and signs off, with no user intervention at all.
