my nokia 5200 is not charged .I check charging point of circuit by multimetre there are no registance at this point.

* check charger then charging conector the check the continute on charging tips is there no contunity change the fuse

* u installed same version of pc suite ?????/ if so,, try reinstalling pc suite and then only connect your phone to ur laptop

* mine too has just stopped working,ive taken it to local repair shop and its a software problem apparently its common in these phones costs around £25 to fix it
* Something similar happened to me. Unfortunately it could not be repaired. I had to buy another phone and now that phone does not want to turn on. It is on "local mode". Whatever that means... The new phone is also a Nokia. I don't think will buy Nokia again.

Dear Sir,I am unable to download mp4 vedio clips to my nokia 5200 phone .when i down load from the web it says file format not supported.Please let me know how to convert mp4 files to view in my 5200 nokia phone.

* Download the Nokia PC suite.Launch. Drag your mp4 video clips and drop on the nokia pc suiteIt will ask you whether you want to convert the file format or not.Choose to convert.It will ask you 3 options of High/Medium/Low mp4 formats. Choose 'Low'SubmitOpen the folder in which you have copied the video clips on your mobileIt shd work.2nd option: Save your mp4 video clips as 3gp flies and then drag them to your nokia suite. Do not convert. It shd work. But I prefer the first option.

Hello Sir,I have a nokia 5200 Phone Model, I use this Phone As a Modem , it connects to internet succesfully and the sessions goes right But After Some Time The PC is Unexpectedly Gets Disconnected and Internet explorer ask to Redial But When i Redial Its Shows " UNABLE TO ESTABLISH CONNECTION WITH SERVER" and When i Look Into The Phone, EDGE/GPRS Connected Logo Is Still Appears on Phone Which Means The connection has not been Ended by the Phone. First I thought There Could Be a problem on my PC But I use it on 3 other PCs but The Problem Remain Constant. Also when i tried To query the Modem Through Device Manager , Its Respond That "CANT OPEN THE PORT" SO then To solve this Problem i Disconnect my phone to PC and Re Connect It Then The Phone works fine But After Some Time During Internet Session The Same Problems Comes. my Pc is intel P4 2.4 gh , I have installed all neccessary Softwares And Driver of NOKIA 5200 yes i have the same problem like sarvjeet's

* u should try the port forwarding .type port forwarding on google .then u will know the problem in port .

(9) Nokia 5200 - delivery report
Hi, i ve had this mobile for a week now & till a few days ago everything was fine(i get an 'I' sign next to the message i send (meaning delivered). but then i think i deleted the delivery reports - & from then on, every time i send an sms, although i see a MESSAGE DELIVERED pop up sign on screen, when i check next to my Sent messages, i see a 'Waiting For Delivery Details' next to message details. Any idea why this is happening? if i go to delivery reports, i see it as delivered - so obviously something is not right.
SOLUTION
* I had a similar problem with my Nokia 6085. All I had to do to fix it was power off the phone for a few minutes while removing and replacing the battery, then turn it back on.
* you have to cheche thwe message setting of your phone, go to messages- message setting- sending profile- common and turn off the delivery report option, thats it.
