Solutions :
(1) You may use Blutooth Connection to transfer your data from any mobile to Nokia mobile.
First Turn On your bluetooth Connection in both of your hand set please then select your data to transfer.
(2) Use Your memory Card to Save your Data in Your Personal Computer Then Transfer them into your Nokia Hand set.

I was able to manage it ..... but though the dead strip portion responds now ...... its not as sensitive to touch as it use to be. also, I am scared that by using it - the problem might not resurface. Do you know, the chances of re-occurence in case I continue to use the phone.

Also, many people told me it was a Hardware issue - but by changing the General.plist, it appears to have been resolved to a great extent. So - what is your pick on the same - is it related to harware or a software issue?

Thanks a lot for your able guidance !!! I was really depressed seeing the phone not working !!! But I am Happy Now !!!
