Recent reports have shown that the HD2 has its own Android Gingerbread 2.3 port. This was confirmed by XDA-Developers and are now getting up and running very quickly. The real mastermind behind the Gingerbread Android is the HD2 is DarkStone1337 and although this success has started, it was off the project now.
