With Locale, you can set the conditions that trigger actions defined by the user - for example, auto-dim the screen when the battery is below 20%, or text messages to your friends when you get to a location specific or turn the ringer off certain times of day.

A wide range of triggering events are available - the battery level, date, time, GPS coordinates and calls from some people they can all be used. Parameters or events that can trigger pop-up notifications include, turning Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on or off, the issuance of a selected tone by sending a text message or tweet, or decrease the volume or even change the home screen wallpaper.
